Hello IOU community,

My name is Lynn and I have been assisting with the ticket load for the last couple months on a part-time basis.
I'll be here to assist you guys in any way I can and hope that the community can assist me as well in learning the ropes of the game on a more in depth level.
My goal here is to make your gaming experience as pleasant and problem free as possible, so tell Rayto finish setting up his support tools already!
