Couple clarification questions.
Does hitting 99->100 make a 2 star, or does filling 100->101 make a 2 star?
Does a 2 star start at 0 or continue passed 100?
My assumption is since a 0 level is included, hitting 99->100 turns to level 0 at 2 star. Correct or not?

Does that mean there is no Auto Damage ★★0(20%), and that is jumps from ★100(7.5%)→★★1(20.0417%)

You get a star when you level it up 100 times.

Hey, that's my picture I posted
That means that once you hit level 100, it immediately becomes a 2-star level 0 orb, which is 20% damage.
