I just purchased few pet pack 2 and I didnt get the pet food .. I got the PP point for not the food ...

How could we get this fix ?

Woo .. In Fact, I only got 5000 PP from all my purchase ...

Ray are you able to see what is going on ? My kreg is used and I didnt got anything from pet pack 2

Someone had a similar problem and Ray solved it. So not to worry, he will make sure you get what was purchased with your kreds. You can always send him a pm as well.

Same problem but i did not receive anything. Emailed ray, just wanted to post here incase he checks here first.
