Thank you Sebinsky2014 for your downvote, but no we dont need lower requirements. Currently our lowest member is lvl 216, and if we want to fill up with ppl around 200 we can easy do so by promote from our sister guild. But to make the best possible guild partys we have together decided to try to recruit new members instead, and members below 216 isnt going to find a guild party to join, hence the already low requirement to join.

Leveling is slow now,i'm lvl 159 now.
I do like 1 and a half maybe 2 lvls per day.
