Allow the transfer of guild to another player.
This will be implemented later on when a leader can leave, players can invest, and more with guilds. Likely all to be included in a major guild update.
As a note, if someone is stuck and wanting to leave the guild they own in the meantime, give me a heads up and i'll do it during the next maintenance.
