What is pre-inferno? Ascension before inferno, or planet, levels? Don't quite understand.

Anything before the 3rd ascension

Im guessing the way he has type it he means...

you can have 3 in a party before you get to inferno mode...

when you get to inferno mode you can have 4 in a party

Okay reason I asked is because, I only see the option to add 1 party member like usual. When I add one the only other option is leave party. Not add another person.

As I see it you cannot add 3rd player to the party, only join two-player party through guild/members/join ... so at least one of that two-player party needs to be your guildmate. What I didnt try yet is whether both players needs to be your guildmates or one is enough.
