Idle Online Universe RPG

hi, i've been unable to get past the LCD screen for 3 days

i'm level 497 and have very few problems up til now

i have cleared cache, reloaded browser, tried logging in with google chrome and microsoft edge i even restored my computer to an earlier date because the problem seemed to start after a windows 10 update went thru

i play via Kongregate, user name Ragmanon, in-game-name SerenityX

HELP PLEASE!
