Idle Online Universe RPG

When did card drops change from everyone gets a card drop,when they drop to more or less your own timers?
I was PL my son. i would get a card drop he would still be at 6 cards. refreshed and still only 6 cards. 
Moved onto next mob. grind he gets a drop I dont. then i get 3 more drops he gets none.
WE pop back over to the other mob he still only has 6 cards...

Weird, that was supposed to be fixed 10 days ago.

still happens up to like 30 mins ago. guildmate in party was at 2499 , 2 card drops for me later he was still at 2499. and was getting rather upset
