How do you start the first ascension? I'm already level 40.

Game -> Hunting, you'll see the option at the bottom of the screen.

Make sure you've completed the final stage on Epsilon as well.

Thanks for the tip. I'm not done with Epsilon yet, so that's why it's not showing.
