I tried to join a level 102 party and I got the error with the code #0050.

I'm not entirely sure what it is but it fixes itself pretty quickly, I always get either error 0051 or 0050 when rejoining party after a patch
Either you need to refresh, or the person you're attempting to join needs to refresh. It's an instance issue as far as I know.
