How is stone which cannot be donated to your guild determined? The way I understand it now is that you can only bring in a maximum of 2k donatable stone when you join your guild. Is this right?

and you can only donate stone you earned while in the guild (exept for the 2k)

yes, you can only bring 2k stone into the guild everything else has to be earned while you are a member of the guild.
