People joining a guild donating and just leaving. Should be a cooldown.

So many people have like 4-5 alts farming stone and wood. Then they just join up in the guild donate and leave the guild right away and the alts are only there to farm wood and stone. There should be a cooldown period to join a guild after leaving or a period of waiting time after joining a guild to donate. Cause seems pretty unfair for people to do that.

He's been busy with other situations. He has posted an upcoming solution to the problem. It actually has been a problem, but it'll end soon and as mentioned, guilds he found to have overly abused donations in that manner, will be wiped clean.
