...err loyalty is its own reward. it should not be given as an incentive or punished with penalties.
If a player wishes to leave and join a stronger guild then who has the right to stop them or punish them. if they wish to stay and help you get stronger then good for them for being good guild mates but they shouldn't be given extra game rewards for just being nice. If they are just using you to get a leg up then its your own fault for not realising and their gain for pulling it off.
ps i would prefer people to be loyal before anyone rants at me
