When I was trying to join a guild of 700k IOU Rating and I joined a level 400 player party grouping and he kicked me out for no reason.
This game used to be good until 400-500 level for the EXP rebalance ruined this game. It's not like Ragnarok Online, Runescape, World Of Warcraft and Diablo 3 anymore.
I couldn't even join a level 300-400 party because it's full and very crowded.
It would take many years for me to be in high levels.
Any issue?

400 is in the 'high levels'.
I Don't get your relation with runescape / WoW etc... They have level caps. ^.> ¿

You should always ask before joining a guild party. The spot could be reserved for someone else and/or many other things going on.

The cons and disadvantage is that it's getting very crowded and full.
