Hey,
When I Invited my friend to my guild I accidently pressed "Send" a couple of times and this happend.

Hey Adam,
Interesting bug, that definitely shouldn't be possible but there it is...
Next time you log in, it should be fixed. If it still shows duplicates, please let me know.
