transferre of accounts to new server - Rovian - 02-18-2016
My account has been transferred over to new backend service but it has took me back from level 302 to level 300.

Howdy,
This is because the transfer is based on an older copy. The official will be current backup -> new service
The backups are not based on real-time other than the account linking to the (old backup of) character data.
